Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
New accounts, in advance or major credit card upon shipment. Net 30 Days, after credit approval. International shipments, and custom projects Mastering (origination) in advance. 50% deposit for production, balance due before shipment, or fully in advance. Shipping, taxes, and duties will be added at the time of final billing. Late payment fees will be assessed for overdue payments at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Pricing:
All stock label pricing is listed on the website. Quotations for volumes not listed and customer projects are valid for 30 days.We reserve the right to correct typographical or other legitimate errors. Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes, where applicable.
Shipments:
The shipment method will be determined at the time of shipment unless previous arrangements have been made.
Return Policy:
Holoshape Products prides itself on having extremely satisfied customers. e recognize that an occasional return is appropriate and we have implemented the following return policy:
1.Stock products may be returned within 10 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
2.Holoshape Products must be notified of labels, seals, or tapes that do not perform due to defects within 15 days and the products must be returned within 30 days. Refund or replacement will be determined once Holoshape is notified.
3.CUSTOM products are not returnable unless due to defects. Defective products will be replaced as quickly as possible.
4.All returns must be pre-approved by Holoshape Products.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once they are in production. If the order is in the proof stage and then canceled, the customer is required to pay for any time and materials that may have been utilized. All custom orders for labels are subject to a 10% quantity over/underrun.
Warrantees:
The warranty for consumable supplies and pre-printed materials is limited to the replacement of materials deemed defective by Holoshape Products. Any defects or problems must be reported in writing as stated in the return policy above.
Limits of Liabilities:
Holoshape Products, and its officers, representatives, and/or its suppliers, will not be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including loss of business information arising out of the use or inability to use products supplied. Holoshape Products is not liable for any abuse or mishandling of our products by the customer. This includes as a minimum, fires, floods, and/or Acts of God. Other than the Warranty set forth above, Holoshape Products makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Holoshape Products be liable for a dollar amount greater than the selling price of the product(s). Customer approval of Proof drawings and written specifications are binding. Holoshape Products will not be responsible for errors accepted by the purchaser in such documentation or drawings. Associated charges to corrections or changes after approval will be applied.
Acceptance:
Acceptance of Purchaser order is expressly conditional on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
